In the second semester of Bethany Quest, we will focus on the Bethany College Direction of Excellence and Core Value Servant Leadership. Through discussions, activities, journal writing, and guest presentations we will be exploring questions such as "What are the characteristics of a servant leader?"; "How does servant leadership differ from other types of leadership?"; "What are the opportunities to develop servant leadership skills and abilities at Bethany College?" and "What are my personal gifts as a servant leader?"
