Description

A study of the nature and economic role of money and financial institutions in the U.S. economy. The major focus will be on defining the main elements of the monetary system, determining their influence upon the performance of the economy, relating the economy’s performance to the business management decision-making process, and discussing the problems of and policies for achieving the major economic goals of the economy. Prerequisite: EC111, EC112, and BU225.
