Description

This course is designed to provide knowledge of Project Management principles and practices using the most prolific Project Management computer software available in business today. Knowledge and skills gained in this course will enable students to develop and polish their abilities to plan, organize, cost and manage projects, both large and small, to successful completion. College graduates entering the work force without knowledge of project management tools and techniques are at a significate disadvantage to those who have such knowledge. Managers in many companies--large, medium and small--working in OEM, tier one and tier two business arrangements manage myriad projects for both the organizations which they supply and for which they work. These projects require skills inplanning, organizing resources, scheduling, costing, negotiation, follow-up, time mangement, information strem design, verification, audit and team dissolution techniques.
