I enjoyed this article because I feel like it is something that everyone has been though at some point in their lives. Whether it was over the phone or face to face. We've all had someone who wasn't very helpful of our situation and it made us upset, but we've also had the person who is very helpful and takes responsibility for something that is not necessarily their fault, just to make the customer happy.

What a great way to some up the article. Sometimes people get hurt and sometimes that is the best way to build personality.

I agree with your statement above, in fact I can think of a situation that lasted last week. The person wasn't helpful at all, they cared more for themselves.
