I learned that some people are heroes in situations to give you an illusion of being a great leader, but its the people that that step up in every situation even when they know it will not turn out well that are the real heroes or hosts. Leaders to hosts do everything they do because it is the right thing to do, not because they will become the hero.

I like that you touched on the importance of just making the best out of any situation, which is what I believe truly makes a good service-leader. I think that this also ties in to the author's final idea that leaders need to accept that they are not capable of always saving the world or making some grand change, and that is okay.
