One interesting thing that caused a little bit of an issue for me was the idea of the role model. I feel as though the leader needing to be looked as role model is a little unrealistic. It requires a near perfection that any person finds difficult to maintain consistently. We are all human, and I think good leaders recognize this in themselves, and work to do their best despite their faults. No one is perfect, and anyone who pretends to be, or acts like they are, can't be good leaders because it follows the same false superiority as a hero!

However, I also enjoyed many of the points this article made!
