Developing Personal Accountability Original post: Sun 10/23/2016 at 4:28 PM

Being able to hold yourself accountable is important. When things go wrong you have to be honest with yourself and see what you could have done done better instead of trying to blame others all the time. Being able to police yourself and tell the truth like the author said is important to being able to hold yourself accountable.

Admitting your actions or choices were wrong might not always be the easiest thing to do like the article said, but in the end it will be the best path to take. Policing yourself is an important step for yourself to stay humble and true to what it is you need to do.

I like and think were on the same page on this post, when working together with others we cant pass off the blame we have to be able to work together and take the responsibility of others and responsibility for ourselves. take the licks as they come and brush them off and fix the problem.
