I think that this article really hits a lot of good points on being accountable. After reading this article i realized that there have been a lot of times in my life where i have not been accountable for my actions and that i need to improve on that. I think a great example of being accountable for your actions can be seen in sports team when for example you see players apologizing to their teammates for mistakes made.

I think this article was good in the sense that it offered different scenarios for accountability and how each person should respond in said scenarios. I do agree in the example of sports and athletes, and/or physically active persons, and how they have to be accountable for their personal success and not that of their trainer/coach. They can be guided.
