Prior to reading this article I would've thought I was 100 percent accountable but honestly there is always room for improvement. At the end of the day you can only control what you do in situations. As I reflect on previous situations I noticed that at times I may have let others actions effect the type of effort I put forth. This is something that I need to work on and shouldn't let deter me from fully achieving my main objectives.

I agree with you, I felt like I was accountable and everyone can rely on me but I now realize that I have to give it that little push to be great, I rely on my teammates to be accountable but at the same time they rely on me and I have to give them everything I have to be the best so we can be the best
