More than a Major Original post: Mon 11/14/2016 at 10:44 PM

In this article two things that stood out to me were innovation and a wide set of skills. I think it is common sense that these things make you hire-able. Of course employers want someone that is lively and resourceful. Also the information about how employers view graduates today was new to me. Particularity the part about the advancement of graduates.

I agree that its common sense that the wide skill set would make you hirable.  It did shock me that they don't actually look for details of your major or experience in the field. Id expect them to look for things like internships before hiring although the wide skill step would make you very versatile.

I agree would think that was interesting was they didn't really look into the back ground information of a job candidate I thought one would need experience of some sort to get hired but they show different.
