Personal accountability is ones willingness to accept the outcomes of your choices, no matter the circumstance. I think it is easy to not take accountability when you justify the reasoning to yourself. This article was short but direct.

I agree with you that it is easy to not be accountable for things that are done, but realizing you should do so.

I agree 100% accountability is the first step when being honest with yourself about any situation. I believe it is important to have friends and family members that know you and can make sure you are accountable for your actions.
