I liked how he talked about having an accountability partner. I think that it is important to have someone in your life that truly wants to see you succeed and that you can trust. Setting goals for yourself is important in success, but having someone there pushing you when things may get tough or you want to give up is hard, but also rewarding in the long run.

I agree with your statement that having a friend to keep you accountable is beneficial for a person to succeed. An example of this could be working out with a friend or setting goals while working out and having a trainer record your progress over time making sure that your goals are met.
