I agree with what this article is saying. When looking got a job, employer look more into the type of person you are and not necessarily you grades (although those are important as well.) They want to know what service work you have done outside of the classroom and how you treat the people around you.

I also agree with that because this summer when I was being interviewed for a job, not once did I get asked about my grades or even school for that manner. They were more interested in they type of person I was and what I could bring to the company.

I agree with you when you say that employers look at who you are and what you've done rather than just what grades you have. Employers want to know that they are hiring someone who fits in the company and other workers well.
