Peer reviews are a very effective method in assisting writers to create exceptional papers.  I believe peer review forms are an extremely effective tool in peer reviews because they make the reviewer think about all of the aspects of the paper including the organization of the paper, the grammar, and the correct citation format.  This allows the reviewer to give better feedback and therefore the writer is able to view, change, and improve their paper in an effective manner.
