Leadership in the age of complexity: from here to host Original post: Fri 11/4/2016 at 4:46 PM

Thinking if I am a hero or not I could not answer that because when I think of a hero, I think of someone who saves people, stops them from doing things, fixes things in their life. I could be that person, but I don't know. A hero may not just be known for and not someone you would think of each day. A hero can be anyone to you. It is just who helps you through the days and helps pick you up or not.

I agree with you It is hard for me to say if I am a hero or not, but I also agree when you say that a hero can be anyone. when I look at my life I view hero's as police officers, fire fighter, doctors, teachers, preachers, and people who work to save lives either through guidance or by showing them a side of life that they never would have imagined. I feel like with the career of law enforcement I can be that hand of guidance that can potentially save someone's life either through words of wisdom or through the system, so as I view the question whether I could be a hero, I can possibly say I can be both a hero and a leader if I focus on what I need to.

I agree that a hero can be anyone. Who is a hero can change from person to person. My heroes may not be seen as heroes to everyone else.
