I think it would do everyone some good to look at the three tips for being accountable, because I really don't think there is any person on this earth who always takes responsibility for their actions. It is human nature to make excuses when things go wrong. No one really wants to take the blame. Although, in most cases blame is usually shared. I think the most important thing is for people to realize that nobody is perfect and that when there is conflict there is often more than one person accountable. For example, the author of the article is quick to blame the client for gaining weight. I do believe the client should be accountable about her part in the weight gain, I feel as though the author is quick to blame the failure purely on the client. Instead, the author should've "looked at herself FIRST" and realized that she may be partly accountable as well.
