As I read this article there are ways for me to be more accountable. proper goal setting such as written goals. when you make a list it can be a valuable source of personal accountability. like the article states you can identify the goal create a plan, make that commitment to achieve that goal and it put a sense of responsibility on ourselves, making us want to achieve the goal and know that failure is not an options. winners win, cause that's what winners do.
