Taking full ownership for your own actions or decisions is personal accountability, even if at times it is your own fault for the hairy situation. In the work environment it might be in a level that is bigger than yourself, but alongside your co-workers.

Taking full responsibility for your own actions or decisions is personal accountability, even if at times it is your own fault for what could be a unfortunate situation. In the work environment, it might be at a higher level than yourself, but alongside your co-workers.
