Oops.. I meant to put the first submission under "Have you been accountable?"
Here is my reflection of "Developing Personal Accountability":
Personal accountability begins with taking responsibility for your own actions but it does not necessarily end there. You also must be accountable for anything you are involved in, even if you may not have messed up your part. For instance, when teachers assign group projects they often give the same grade to everyone in the group. This means that if on of your group members doesn't do their part, you and the other members of the group have to be accountable in getting that part o the project done.
