The Emotional Support Animal Agreement must be signed and returned to the Student Development Office prior to the animal's arrival to campus.

The ESA Guidelines are a summary of the information students must know before they bring an Emotional Support Animal on campus. For more information, students should review the Student Handbook. If there is a discrepancy between this document and the Student Handbook, the information in the Student Handbook should be taken as correct.
