People sometimes has a hard time with personal development. I think this is because they are always focused on what others have and how successful others are. And so they never really take a step back and focus on themselves. It is nearly impossible to develop personally without having self-actualization, love yourself before you can love others. If you have self confidence it won't just make a difference in your life but it just might change someone else's too!

I agree too when you say that people are always focused on other's success and possessions. Unfortunately, this is a really common thing in today's society. I think if people focus on their own accomplishments, what they have in life, and where they're going, then it will make them much happier people.

I also believe that people are far to focused on others and not enough on themselves when it comes to personal development. as you said people tend to focus on other peoples successes and not their own.

I completely agree, i believe a person close to me has this problem actually. He is always comparing himself with other and their success when he should be focused on himself personally.
