service-learning classes can benefit academically, professionally, and personally. one will gain hands on experience, understanding of topics, explore values and beliefs and act upon those. they can and will develop problem solving skills,have an understanding of diverse cultures and communities. this is helpful when working with people from different places. they will enhance their skills, even in the fields or areas of communication collaboration and leadership. these can help not only in the classroom but also in their life as they move on to bigger and better places throughout life.

I like that you pointed out that all of this is helpful when working with people from different places that is a very good point. People from different places can always teach you something new that you can use later in life.

Service-learning can benefit in several different areas. It can help when working with different people like you said as well. Service-learning can help you understand other people and get the job done.

I like the idea of moving on throughout life, the benefits of service-learning can impact us as students now, but as we grow older and get jobs what we have learned can be used in our lives, but it is possible that maybe we will be the faculty or community member that will be affected by other students one day.
