It seems like everyone likes the idea of being a hero, but being a hero doesn't necessarily mean that you're a leader. Going from a hero who does everything for everyone to a host who helps people do things like the article said seems like a good step in becoming a good leader. The article has a point when it says that in today's world no one person can have the answer all the time. That's why it is important for people to be more of a host than a hero.

I agree with you, we all hold this standard that all heroes are in someway leaders. A host though has the capability of becoming a leader due to the things they do or are doing for others.
