When talking about accountability, I agree with the article that having another individual or a support system will help keep a person responsible for his or her actions. I believe that accountability can determine a person's ethic as to whether or not they are a hard working individual who takes the initiative to fulfill their duties.

I agree with you in that accountability can determine ethic. So much of what we do everyday is affected by how responsible we are: if we show up, if we show up on time, if we get things done, etc. If we hold ourselves to high standards it can be said that we have good ethics. If we hold ourselves to low standards, we probably don't have as good of ethics.
