I think that the article points out a lot of valuable traits to being a successful leader. My Personal favorite from the eight that it lists is to lead by example because i am a big believer in practice what you preach. I think that by leading by example you can really show people that you are worth following and that your not scared of getting your hands dirty.

Leading by example is a good trait to have. I agree that it can show people that you are worth following and you're not afraid to do what you say to do yourself.

I agree that it is an important trait as well. the leader is the one who sets the tone for the rest of the group. the example the leader sets is always followed.
