Being a successful leader has a lot to do with how you build yourself in becoming a leader of a team or business. If people can't see you or even believe in you as a leader then you aren't providing the right traits of being a leader. Building that foundation as a leader gives a lot of respect and followers. Your co-workers and employees will follow your lead and will later help in creating a successful work environment.

I completely agree with you and think you make a really good point when you say that people have to see and believe in you as a leader in order to be a successful leader.

I agree. It is important to see yourself as a leader and to apply the steps to your life so you can be an effective leader in whatever you may be doing.
