Helpful Hints for Effective Peer Reviewing Original post: Sun 10/30/2016 at 11:21 PM

I personally have few problems with giving criticism on writing to others. I think that if you go about it the right way it can be very helpful to the creation of a paper. I have had experiences in the past where someone peer reviewed my paper, and then told me they thought I should completely change the concept of my paper. I think that when you are peer reviewing you should help people build on the paper they already have, and help them build evidence.

I definitely agree with this post because I till this day struggle with that problem. Teachers always tell me many different ways in critiquing your peers or someone else writing, so i get confused or dont wish to hurt someones feelings and then have it done to me. It can be a effective way to becoming a better and proficient writer though for sure.
