Helpful Hints for Peer Review Original post: Mon 10/31/2016 at 9:05 AM

Peer Reviewing has been shown to be effective in improving others writing. I feel that as that may be true, there shouldn't be any restrictions on the criticism given to your peer when looking at their writing. We have all been taught that positive feedback is the most effective way to peer review, but that often leads to the individual not accepting change. So a mixture of positive and negative feedback would be more effective.

Jonathan I agree with your post it is effective in improving others writing. the more feedback that they get they can work on the problems and it can help them improve. I also like how you go to talk about how positive feedback is the most effective, it keeps the writer from feeling upset about their work.
