I think the idea of an accountability partner is interesting. Essentially you are entrusting your goals or responsibilities to another person. This is a great idea in theory, but I wonder how realistic it is. Personally it would be hard to apply to my own life, but it commend those that can use it and assume it is a great tool to help with accountability.

What if you were to look at the accountability partner as a workout partner? (trying to make a connection to your life) You are entrusting you partner to push you to get stronger, or when you are running, they are there right besides you pushing you to the finish line. That partner is pushing you to get to your goal without being distracted?
