The call of leadership Original post: Fri 11/4/2016 at 5:08 PM

The attitude of a leader ship effects your group majorly. If you are having a bad attitude or you don't approve of something you need to learn to voice your opinion in a nicely manor way. You do not want to bring down the whole group so you cannot get things done that meeting. It will put everyone out and you need to have in the back of your mind that leadership is for everyone and that there is just not one person that cannot do it all. Let other people help you out in events.

I like your post and agree with you, I feel the same when you have to voice your opinion in a nicely manor, one does not want to hurt the team or other members of the group. a leader needs to be able to give constructive criticism and or demonstrate the way things should be done. but they should know that not one person could be responsible for everyone and that with the proper skills and techniques everyone can effectively get the work done together.

Like the article said, we are all connected. Everyone has something to contribute and should contribute. The attitude of leader and their ability to maintain group positivity and motivation can greatly impact the effectiveness of the group.
