Its interesting that employers are looking for individuals that stand out, not just with their education, but something more innovative. Thinking critically, solving complex problems, and communicating clearly are all important attributes that the employers think are essential to their new hires, because these are the skills that will be essential to their jobs.

I like how you point out that employers are not just looking for people with the best education but also what they do outside of that. I also agree with the points you make about what is required.
