These eight traits are very important because it makes you look into your future and what type of relationship you should have with your co-workers or even the teams you are placed on. You should be able to work with anyone even if you do not like their work style and or how they talk to people. Joining things in college will help you know how to work through that and know how to work around that.

I agree with your post when you join things in college such as sports, fraternities/sororities, and or clubs. with these such things at school we can see how people come from all walks of life and have their own styles of working or doing things. when joining such activities one will learn how to work together or effectively become a leader to demonstrate how to become a better person in the future.

I agree with you that these are things we should be contemplating now. This will help us in the future when we are expected to be experts at applying these characteristics. You also made some good points about learning to cooperate with people that you disagree with. I also think that joining things like clubs or tams in college can help you build these skills.
