I completely agree with every trait on this list. I believe every leader must have at least 6 of these traits and if not they should work on it. These traits make leaders listen to their groups, be able to communicate down the line and share ideas, help other grow , and a lot of things that can benefit the entire group as a whole.

I like that you said a leader should have at least 6 of these traits and that the traits make a leader actually listen to their group.
