I really found this article useful and helpful. I often find it hard to provide good input when peer reviewing and offer good feedback to people and so after reading this article i have a much better understanding of this. I especially like how the article explains and gives examples of how to provide positive feedback and turn negative feedback into positive.
I did not address the fact that the article gave examples in my initial reaction post, but I think you are right in saying that the examples provided help to clarify the article. I liked them, and I think it was good that you brought that up.
