A goal without a plan is just a wish. I thought it was interesting to read the webster's definition of accountability its an important quality to have when striving to be successful. I expect people within my inner circle to hold me accountable for my actions and when they see me falling short of my potential to voice it. I also believe the "why" factor is big when you are attempting to persevere through hardships because it will be the extra motivation not to give up on yourself.

I liked your first thought "A goal without a plan is just a wish". I think this sums up accountability well. I agree with you that the "why" factor can help keep you motivated when turning wishes into goals.

Knowing why you are striving for your goals is an important factor in achieving those goals. Like you said, having a reason for the goals can be used as motivation. Having a group of people to hold you accountable is a good idea. You have a few different people holding you accountable instead of just one so it is easier for you to be reminded of your goal with all these different people asking you about it.
