I think this was a good article. It gave me many helpful pointers on peer review. I like the idea of offering the positive feedback before the negative feed back. In doing this, if you have someone who doesn't like criticism and you give them the negative info first, they will immediately not listen to anything else you have to say. So by doing it the other way atleast you will have given them some compliments before the criticism closed the door.
