This is interesting to me because I had really only thought about this from a student's point of view. How I could grow and learn and how my future could be affected if I do. I didn't really think about what this could mean to those around me and not just my peers. This can influence faculty and community members and their futures as well.

I thought the same exact thing actually for awhile, because in school we don't really volunteer our services the team or school volunteers you. Then we never know how it affected those around us and sometimes ourselves.

I agree, seeing the other views from what the faculty and community can get out of service-leading is an eye opener. I think I only look at it from the student view because our school is so focused on it, and when you are in the work force it is more of something that is expected for you to know.
