This article talks about eight traits that it takes to be a successful leader in the work place. What stuck out to me is that every step that you take will help you mold into a better leader. All the traits that the article listed build on the next trait, to me that means to be the most successful leader is to start at the beginning and try to continue to grow yourself into the other traits.
